Work gets done.
The pro logs it.
The owner confirms it.
On the record. For good.
How verification works
Two gates. No self-reporting.
1The pro logs it.

The pro who did the job records it from their verified profile: what was done, the date, the brand and model.

2The owner confirms it.

We text the homeowner. One tap says yes. No app, no account.

3It's locked.

Once confirmed, the entry can't be edited or deleted by anyone: not the pro, not the owner, not us. Every printed report carries a code you can check at yourmaintainedhome.com/r/.

The report
Proof of the work, that anyone can check.

Every entry logged by the pro who did the work and confirmed by the owner. A code on the paper verifies it against the source.

Common questions
Can anyone see my home's record?

You see it free. A buyer or agent can pay for the verified report of the work on your home, which is what makes the record count when you sell. The report shows the work only, never your name, your contact details, or what you paid.

What makes an entry verified?

Two gates: the pro who did the work logs it, and the owner confirms it. Nothing is self-reported: an owner can add a past job, but it only becomes verified once the pro confirms it. Nothing can be edited after the fact.

What does it cost me?

Nothing, if you are a homeowner or a pro. Reports, the printable documents, are what agents and buyers pay for. See pricing →

My house already had work done. Does it start from zero?

No. Add a past job from your home's page and we invite the pro who did it to confirm. Older work joins the record the same way new work does: logged, confirmed, permanent.

Will my pro actually do this?

Logging a job takes about two minutes and costs them nothing, and every confirmed job builds a work history no review site can fake. Most pros are glad to. If yours has not joined yet, adding the job sends the invite.
