Your Maintained Home is founded and run by Josh Kravetz. It exists because "well maintained" is the most repeated and least provable claim in housing: the record replaces the claim with entries logged by the pro who did the work and confirmed by the owner. Once an owner confirms an entry it is locked; no one can edit or delete it, including us. A dispute keeps an entry off the record entirely rather than rewriting it. Every printed report is a frozen snapshot with a code anyone can check at yourmaintainedhome.com/r/.
