Your record, your call.

The verified record of work on your home belongs to the home and to you. You can remove a single entry or revoke a share link whenever you want. Buyers and agents can purchase the verified report of the work itself, which is what gives your record its value when you sell; the report shows the work, the tradesman, and the dates, never your personal information.

Nothing goes on your record until you confirm it. Each confirmation is a consent we record with a timestamp, the channel we reached you on, and the one-time token from your link. That consent chain is how we prove a record is real, and it is yours to withdraw.

We use de-identified, aggregated data to build industry insights, for example how long a brand of roof tends to last across many homes. Aggregated insights never identify you, your address, or your record, and we do not sell your identifiable record.

The work logged by the tradesman, your confirmation, and the contact you used to confirm. Photos appear on a tradesman's public profile only with your explicit permission, and we strip location data from every photo on upload.
