Your Maintained Home keeps a verified record of work done to a home, logged by the tradesman who did it and confirmed by the owner. We are a record, not a contractor, not an inspector, and not a party to the work itself.

Free, always. You own your record and control who sees it. A confirmation means the work happened, to the best of your knowledge. It is not a warranty and not an inspection.

Free to log work and build a profile. You are responsible for logging honestly. A license number, if added, is yours to keep current. The Verified badge reflects a license on file and confirmed jobs, nothing more.

A subscription gates report generation. A Your Maintained Home report reflects verified logged work only. It is not an inspection, and the absence of an entry is not evidence of condition.

If an owner disputes a job, it is never published. The owner's word is final on their own home.
