Why this exists

Most of what is true about a house lives in someone's memory, a shoebox of receipts, or nowhere at all. Your Maintained Home is the permanent, owner-controlled record of work done to a home: logged by the tradesman who did it, confirmed by the owner with one tap, kept for good.

How we work

Small team, narrow market, real usage. We launched in Fairfield County, Connecticut on purpose. A record is only worth what the records around it are worth, so we fill one map before we start the next. We ship in small, frequent pieces, and we verify everything on a real phone before it goes out.

What we look for

• People who would rather build the durable thing than the flashy one.
• A bias toward shipping, and toward telling the truth about what works and what does not.
• Care for the two people at the center of every record: the tradesman who did the work, and the owner who lives there.

We do not have a formal posting open at the moment. But we are always looking for the rare people who fit, and the right person is worth more to us than a job listing.
